How can I find products?
The best way to search our product listings is via our online webstore and the web address is www.yourofficeuk.nectere.co.uk
You will need an online account for you to be able to order but this can easily be arranged. In the meantime, you can note the product codes and we can offer a bespoke price for most items.
What if I need a product that you don’t currently stock?
We currently have a product portfolio of over 300,000 products however there will be occasions when we don’t have what you need. In these cases please contact us and we will liaise with our purchasing team who can source just about anything.
I have a set price list with my current provider. How can I get a quote from you on my regular items?
Please send us a list of the regular items you buy to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will offer a free quotation and comparison with your existing company. The more information you can provide the best chance we have of assisting you.
How do I order?

What if a product isn’t available?
When using our web store, you will be able to view real time stock levels and if you order over the telephone or email, you will be notified if an item is out of stock and given the option of an alternative or the lead time of when it will be available again, if you wish to wait.
When will I receive my order?
We offer next day delivery as standard (providing the products are in stock) however furniture deliveries can take up to 10 days due to the nature of the products. Delivery is free on orders over £40 and £5 for orders under £40.
How do I return an item if required?
Please contact our customer services team on 0845 222 2456 who will happily arrange the return with you.
What is your returns policy?
You can return unwanted items (in original packaging) within 14 days of receipt of your order. Provided all goods are unused, we will be happy to offer you a full refund.
This policy does not apply to perishable goods or furniture orders. If you order any of these products and change your mind unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. You can cancel before you receive the order but not after you have received it.
